Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between [Golden Paw] (hereinafter "Company") and its members regarding the use of the [Website] (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to all services provided through the [website/app] operated by the Company.

2. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service usage agreement with the Company.

3. "ID" refers to a combination of letters or numbers set by the Member and approved by the Company to identify the Member and enable the use of the Service.

4. "Password" refers to a combination of letters or numbers set to verify that the Member corresponds to the assigned ID and to protect the Member's rights and interests.

Article 3 (Posting, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked page so that Members can easily access and review them.

2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.

3. The revised Terms shall be announced with the effective date and reasons for revision, and if the Member does not raise any objections, it shall be deemed that the Member has agreed to the revisions.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Agreement)

1. A usage agreement is concluded when a person intending to become a Member (hereinafter "Applicant") agrees to these Terms and completes the registration process as prescribed by the Company.

2. The Company generally approves the application of the Applicant. However, approval may be refused or withheld in the following cases:

   • If the application is not made in the applicant's real name or uses another person's name.

   • If false information is provided.

   • If deemed inappropriate according to the Company's policies.

Article 5 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with relevant laws and these Terms and must not engage in the following acts:

• Unauthorized use or theft of another person's information.

• Interfering with the operation of the Service or deliberately causing errors.

• Infringement of the Company's or third parties' copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

• Acts against public order or morals.

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by law, these Terms, or public order and morals and shall make its best effort to provide continuous and stable service.

2. The Company shall endeavor to protect Members' personal information and establish and operate protection policies in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 7 (Provision and Change of Service)
The Company may change the content of the provided Service due to operational or technical reasons, and any changes shall be announced in advance.

Article 8 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
The Company may restrict or suspend a Member's use of the Service under the following circumstances:

• When the Member violates these Terms.

• In case of unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failure, or communication errors.

• When the normal operation of the Service is hindered for other reasons.

Article 9 (Termination of Agreement and Use Restriction)

1. A Member may terminate the usage agreement at any time through the service's membership withdrawal function.

2. The Company may terminate the usage agreement or restrict use without prior notice if the Member violates these Terms or uses the Service for fraudulent purposes.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not responsible for the inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.

2. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by reasons attributable to the Member.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including text, images, logos, etc., belong to the Company.

2. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained from the Service, nor allow third parties to use it, without prior consent from the Company.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising between the Company and Members regarding the use of the Service shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall apply from the date the website is launched.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing

Golden Paw Co., Ltd. processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any purposes other than the following:

• To verify the intention of customer registration, identify and authenticate customers, manage membership status, process payments for goods or services, and supply and deliver goods or services.

2. Items of Personal Information Processed

① The website processes the following personal information:

• Mandatory items: Password, name, email, mobile phone number, IP address, cookies, access logs

3. Destruction of Personal Information

In principle, the website destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. The procedures, retention period, and methods for destruction are as follows:

• Destruction procedure:
  Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database (or, in the case of paper documents, separate storage) after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, after which it is destroyed immediately. Personal information transferred to the separate database is not used for any other purpose unless required by law.

• Destruction period:
  When the retention period for a user’s personal information has expired, the information is destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period. When the purpose of processing the personal information is achieved, the relevant service is discontinued, or the business is terminated, the information is destroyed within 5 days from the date it is recognized as no longer necessary.

Supplementary Provisions – Effective Date

1. This policy is effective from the date the website is launched.
