Cellular System

Goldenpow’s Greencomb is designed to enhance horizontal permeability
and facilitate root establishment. It is made of HDPE in a mesh-strip form,
offering excellent durability and easy installation.

The strips of the Greencomb mesh structure are ultrasonically welded to form a
honeycomb-shaped geocell, widely used for ground reinforcement, slope
erosion control, reinforced soil structures, and eco-friendly river projects.

With its porous cell wall structure, Greencomb provides excellent permeability
and is developed to enhance friction characteristics with infill material Patent
No. 10-0834784) for a particle stabilization system
.

Greencomb 3D Support Improvement

When the infill material is stabilized inside the cells, the cell walls act as surrounding walls of the soil mass.


The adjacent cells provide horizontal stress to support the cell walls, so the cell walls remain in a neutral position, maintaining self-support.


Geocells filled with infill restrict horizontal displacement of soil particles, thereby limiting vertical displacement and improving ground support capacity.

Excellent Horizontal Permeability

Using the porous mesh-strip structure, water can move freely between cell walls,


making it easy to apply as a drainage layer with infill materials such as aggregates

High Friction Characteristics

The lattice-shaped cell wall structure provides better friction characteristics with
infill material compared to geocells made from smooth sheets

When applied as a vegetative base layer, the openings in the porous strips allow roots of plants
