HDPE Geomembrane

High Density Polyethylene

To increase the density of polyethylene, an Al2O3-based catalyst is added,
and by applying medium pressure at a temperature of 200~250℃ and
a pressure of 15~150 atm, high-density polyethylene raw material with
a density of 0.94 or higher is produced. By blending this with additives
such as carbon black and antioxidants, weather resistance and
chemical resistance are enhanced
. Goldenpow's HDPE Sheet is produced

with the nation’s widest width of 7 meters, and the Friction Sheet is a
world-class product with excellent physical properties and frictional performance
.
HDPE Geomembrane Applications
Landfills, industrial dikes, reservoirs, cofferdams, etc.

no leakage occurs at the seams.

Types of HDPE Geomembrane

01
Sheet Type (HDPE Geomembrane)

A product extruded and manufactured with a uniform thickness and maximum width of
7m by adding UV stabilizers (carbon black) and antioxidants to high-density polyethylene (density ≥ 0.94).

02
Friction Type (HDPE Geomembrane) – Single-Sided / Double-Sided

Due to the topographical characteristics of most domestic landfills, where slopes are steep, this product is designed to integrate HDPE sheets
with bentonite mats for slope stability.

HDPE resin is applied onto the HDPE sheet to provide friction properties without altering its physical characteristics.

03
Integrated Type (HDPE Sheet + Nonwoven Geotextile)

This product is manufactured by pre-bonding a protective filter mat to the barrier sheet.

The filter mat prevents movement and flotation under water caused by waves or other conditions, protecting the sheet from damage by riprap.

It also enhances ground adhesion and prevents deformation of the barrier sheet during the dumping of quality soil after installation.
