PE Lining

Waterproofing and Lining Method Using PE Sheets

The internal lining of water tanks uses the hygiene, cost-effectiveness, stability, and durability of PE sheets. By fixing the PE sheet inside concrete structures,
a single installation provides a virtually permanent solution.

Made from materials certified by the US FDA and several other advanced countries as suitable for food and beverages, this hygienic product maintains cleanliness even with long-term use.
Applications of PE Lining
Concrete reservoirs, water treatment plants,
water distribution tanks, chemical tanks, etc.

PE Lining Waterproofing Method

PE sheet waterproofing uses an integrated fixing system (surface treated with polymer) and a high-frequency welding machine to attach sheets to walls without bolts, known as the BOLTLESS method.

This method forms an insulated waterproof layer without perforating the sheet, and bonding between layers is achieved through mechanized automatic welding. It is an optimal solution for both new construction and repair works.
01
Fixing Component Method

Instead of fully adhering the sheet to the base surface, it is anchored at the top of the tank.

Sheet joints are heat-welded, and the sheet is bonded to the fixing components using high-frequency induction welding.

This method adheres the sheet to walls without being affected by the base surface and prevents any lifting of the waterproof layer.

02
Excellent Waterproofing & Lining Performance

Completely prevents leakage caused by cracks resulting from corrosion due to chlorine gas or
chemicals evaporating from tap water, as well as impacts.

This ensures reliable and long-lasting waterproofing.

03
BOLTLESS Method

The sheet is bonded using a high-frequency welding machine
without damaging the surface, eliminating the risk of cracks in the waterproof layer.

Economical and Hygienic PE Lining Waterproofing Material

Polyethylene (PE), which can be easily found around us,
is an eco-friendly plastic material harmless to the human body.

It is waterproof, highly resistant to heat and oil, and is widely
used in food containers, baby bottles, toys, disposable products, and pipes.
01

Installation of PE Lining

Instead of fully adhering the sheet to the base surface, it is fixed to the top surface of the tank with stainless steel flat bars and fixing pins.

The sheet joints are heat-welded, forming an insulated waterproofing system that
is unaffected by the condition of the base surface and prevents detachment of the waterproofing layer.
