Terms of Service

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Agreement)

Article 5 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with relevant laws and these Terms and must not engage in the following acts:

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

The Company may restrict or suspend a Member's use of the Service under the following circumstances:

Article 9 (Termination of Agreement and Use Restriction)

A Member may terminate the usage agreement at any time through the service's membership withdrawal function.

The Company may terminate the usage agreement or restrict use without prior notice if the Member violates these Terms or uses the Service for fraudulent purposes.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible for the inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.

The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained from the Service, nor allow third parties to use it, without prior consent from the Company.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising between the Company and Members regarding the use of the Service shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall apply from the date the website is launched.
